Paseo Marina

Inviting the community into a reimagined neighborhood center that includes living, working, dining, and interacting, Paseo Marina is proposing thoughtfully designed residential spaces and an office building on Maxella Avenue, and is wrapped by retail, restaurants, and a one-acre park on Glencoe Avenue. The project includes 86 affordable units, inclusive of very low income housing and workforce housing. Paseo Marina is centrally located a short distance from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, retail, and employers to reduce traffic impacts and encourage the pedestrian lifestyle enjoyed by the community today.
